Join our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team and you'll directly support and promote our brand and reputation. Through internal communications, public relations and corporate communications, you'll provide a wide range of marketing and communications services to internal and external audiences. These include current and future clients, our current and future employees, alumni, regulators, the media and the communities within which we operate. You'll have the opportunity to develop and implement the region's marketing strategy and initiatives for the respective area industry and functional practices. You'll oversee the successful implementation and quality of the area's go-to-market marketing initiatives. You'll be expected to develop marketing strategy and be responsible for managing the marketing budget and tracking the ROI of the marketing initiatives. You will have the overall responsibility for all the events, mailings, newsletters, media, PR, and sponsorships and ensure they are in alignment with the area's strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the region's marketing strategy and initiatives for the respective area industry and functional practices.
  • Oversee the successful implementation and quality of the area's go-to-market marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the marketing budget and track the ROI of the marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all events, mailings, newsletters, media, PR, and sponsorships are aligned with the area's strategy.

Requirements

  • Seven-plus years of experience in marketing or communications.
  • Bachelor's degree with a marketing or communications major or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations.
  • Ability to articulate complex subject matter in a straightforward manner for broad audiences.
  • Possess poise and confidence to interact with all levels of leadership.
  • Ability to oversee significant portions of major or highly complex projects.

  • Ability to team and collaborate with practice, industry and other firm leaders to develop market-facing initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently on marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills including the development of others.
