The WW Business team is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist II to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving the adoption of value-added features. This role involves close collaboration with Product and Tech owners to enhance efficiency and increase customer engagement incrementally. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating a customer segmentation and communication strategy, working closely with Business Owners and Tech teams to scale marketing programs globally across various owned channels, including Email, Push notifications, and Onsite Placements. In this position, you will analyze valuable trends through data analysis, map the customer journey, and define customer segments. You will ideate a marketing plan tailored to deliver success against these segments and phases, build a testing roadmap, and establish appropriate KPIs for benchmarking. The execution of a test-and-scale strategy on a global scale will be a key focus. A strong understanding of prioritization and project management is essential to ensure the timely delivery of impactful programs based on their estimated impact on KPIs. The Marketing Specialist will also be involved in accelerating the adoption of core features among Business Customers by leveraging both new and existing marketing channels. This includes driving the creation and implementation of automated email programs worldwide, collaborating with local teams and translation services to automate and scale these initiatives. You will develop robust A/B and multivariate testing programs to optimize feature adoption and report on progress against goals and relevant email metrics to senior management, both verbally and in written business reviews. Additionally, you will assist in developing the vision and strategy for the feature adoption roadmap and forecast marketing-attributed adoption. Creative asset production will be done in partnership with a dedicated design team, and you will also be responsible for editing (XML, HTML) and publishing content to the site via a Content Management System (CMS).
