About the position

Beloform is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support the marketing department in executing strategic campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks, including content coordination, internal communications, campaign tracking, and event planning. Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns
• Maintain and update marketing materials and documentation
• Support internal communications and team presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather campaign insights
• Help organize marketing events, product launches, and promotions
• Track and report on campaign performance and market trends
• Conduct market research and compile findings for strategic planning
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 1+ year of relevant experience in marketing or administrative roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
