• Keep marketing resources organized, current, and ready for action.
• Collaborate on website and digital platform updates to maintain brand relevance.
• Manage project timelines, gather approvals, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Serve as the central point of contact for marketing materials, assets, and files.
• Assist in planning and coordinating trade shows, product launches, and company events.
• Handle logistics for events, including shipping materials and booking accommodations.
• Conduct research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
• Support the creation of reports measuring campaign effectiveness and identifying new opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or current enrollment) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years in a marketing role, internship, or similar position preferred.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Analytics or CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
