The Marketing Assistant role at Robert Half is a short-term contract position based in Coopersburg, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of marketing newsletters, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy
  • Manage the budget processes, balancing costs and ensuring resources are used efficiently
  • Handle MDF plans and claims, maintaining effective communication with relevant stakeholders
  • Provide support for channel promotions, contributing to strategy development and implementation
  • Maintain and manage channel mailboxes, responding to queries and forwarding information as necessary
  • Coordinate and set up webinars, liaising with technical teams and presenters
  • Design presentation templates, utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
  • Contribute to the development of brand awareness through blogging and advertisements
  • Utilize CRM and Facebook Insights to plan and monitor campaigns
  • Coordinate meetings as required, ensuring all necessary participants are informed and materials are prepared.

Requirements

  • No specific years of experience required, open to new graduates and experienced professionals
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign is essential
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems would be beneficial
  • Ability to interpret and apply insights from Facebook Insights for marketing strategies
  • Experience in creating and managing advertisements across various platforms
  • Strong blogging skills to support content marketing efforts
  • Understanding of brand awareness and its importance in marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of budget processes within a marketing context is desirable
  • Experience or knowledge in campaign planning would be a plus
  • Applicants must be able to legally work in the location of the job.
