About the position

The Marketing Assistant will be integral to executing innovative marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing the growth of Straight Set Orthodontics. This role requires a blend of creativity and strategic thinking, focusing on content creation, social media management, and patient engagement to effectively reach and engage the target audience.

Responsibilities

• Design and create engaging marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, and promotional flyers.
• Assist in the development of high-quality digital content for the website and other online platforms.
• Develop and execute weekly social media posting schedules across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and analyze social media performance.
• Oversee and implement strategies to increase patient reviews on Google and other platforms.
• Assist in the development and execution of patient appreciation programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Digital Director to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Assist in planning and executing campaigns to acquire new patients and retain existing ones.

Requirements

• 1 year of marketing experience (preferred)
• Strong design skills
• Ability to commute to Roslyn Heights, NY 11577 (required)
• Willingness to relocate to Roslyn Heights, NY 11577 before starting work (preferred)
