  • Craft captivating content, including blog posts and videos, using Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Create detailed customer personas and design personalized marketing experiences.
  • Implement targeted email campaigns and retargeting ads to boost engagement.
  • Master SEO and SEM to drive organic and paid traffic.
  • Execute targeted advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer support teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Capture video/audio at local events for content creation.
  • Develop a consistent brand voice and craft compelling narratives for the audience.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends and handle crisis communication effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws and promote sustainable marketing practices.
  • Set and track KPIs, analyze ROI, and optimize budgets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media ad campaigns or management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, social media advertising, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Strong self-management and communication skills.
