The Marketing Associate will be a key player in supporting the firm's strategic go-to-market industries. This person will work closely with other marketing team members and key industry, service and geography leaders within the firm. Working alongside an Industry Marketing Leader, this person will develop, coordinate and execute strategic marketing campaigns (inbound (email and webinars), events, website, social, PPC, display, etc.) from initial request through final deliverable. The ideal candidate will have experience working within professional services firms and will understand business-to-business (B2B) marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with service line and geo marketers to go to market consistently and holistically for your assigned industry
  • Effectively complete content briefs to inform writing resources for creation of web content (articles, case studies, white papers, checklists, landing pages and other digital assets), creative, inbound (email and webinars), events and tradeshows, social and other marketing activities
  • Project manage resources through Marketing resource management system to ensure all assigned marketing project deliverables meet initial goals and deadlines
  • Manage post-event attendee list cleanup and follow-up process with CRM and sales teams for MQL generation and opportunity tracking
  • Evaluate and analyze target lists, ensuring all prospects align with ideal client profile for your assigned industry
  • Build effective and trusted relationships with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other firm leadership
  • Work with sales support team to review materials (sales email copy, presentations, service line sheets and client/target lists) as required
  • Stay current with event, webinar, social and campaign best practices and promote the advancement of new ideas and innovation to both improve the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing efforts

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional services marketing or B2B marketing
  • Experience using various business technologies including CRM products (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, etc.), reporting tools (PowerBI) and project management systems (Workfront)

Nice-to-haves

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field
  • Experience in firm's strategic go-to-market industries: Technology, Manufacturing & Distribution, Nonprofit, Real Estate, Healthcare, Professional Services, Family Office and Private Equity
