About the position
The Business Development Specialist/Marketing Assistant at AdvanceCare Health Services, LLC plays a vital role in promoting the company's brand and services within the Homecare Division. This position requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to the company's growth through networking, relationship building, and community engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining referral relationships, conducting informational events, and tracking networking efforts to meet established targets.
Responsibilities
- Promote services with the professional community.
- Make contact with new referral sources and maintain existing referral relationships according to established goals.
- Conduct informational events to educate and inform sources about available services.
- Seek, develop, and participate in networking events, especially those related to the senior population.
- Conduct 30 to 35 visits per week, including a mix of medical and non-medical calls.
- Obtain 4 testimonials per month from existing clients.
- Work with Marketing to execute regular community events.
- Update databases for prospects, clients, and referral sources.
- Track networking efforts and review them with the supervisor weekly.
- Meet or exceed established targets.
Requirements
- Effective communication skills.
- Good planning, organizational, and networking skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Senior Care is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with an excellent driving history.
- Experience in business or home health services.
