The Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in building and promoting the company's brand. This position involves coordinating and implementing various marketing communication projects, focusing on social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. Responsibilities

• Help marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans
• Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information
• Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities
• Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand
• Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience

Requirements

• Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• 4-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field required
• 2 or more years of experience in an ad agency environment or related environment
• 2 or more years of experience in HomeHealth marketing
