The Marketing Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the ADO Marketing Manager to enhance the growth of independent eye care practices within a designated territory. This position involves managing various marketing processes and projects, creating marketing collateral, executing marketing plans, and developing brand cohesion to drive revenue across all business channels. The role also includes tracking and reporting on marketing initiatives to recommend improvements for better outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a wide range of marketing processes and projects.
• Facilitate the creation of marketing collateral.
• Promote and execute marketing plans.
• Develop brand cohesion for the practices.
• Increase revenue in all business channels.
• Track and report results of all marketing initiatives.
• Recommend improvements to enhance marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of three years of related marketing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent organization and project/campaign management skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills.
• Experience in defining and managing project scope and deliverables.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM systems and data analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Adobe design programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) preferred.
