About the position

Join the Clean Energy Revolution as a Marketing Automation Advisor at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you'll be supporting program marketing teams in the ideation, development, delivery, and optimization of new automated marketing programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and other MarTech tools. Responsibilities

  • Own and oversee the management of SCE's SFMC instance, including leading the implementation product updates and integration with other MarTech tools.
  • Own and oversee the establishment of new SFMC processes to optimize campaign performance.
  • Use data and tech to deliver automated, personalized email journeys for our customers.
  • Lead the process of gathering requirements for personalization and automation use cases.
  • Lead the end-to-end project coordination including development, QA, delivery and optimization of automated marketing campaigns as part of the broader program marketing and education plans.
  • Ensure the protection of all physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly access and manage private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

Requirements

  • Seven or more years of experience in email marketing, technical project management, solution architect, and/or product management.
  • Two or more years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Experience building outstanding marketing automation practices/marketing campaigns which increases engagement with customers over time by way of working with internal and external partners.
  • Experience designing and testing customer journeys and workflows in support of marketing campaigns.
  • Experience designing and automating reports/dashboards with marketing insights using enterprise-wide tools like (but not limited to): Azure, Salesforce, Adobe, Power BI, and SAS.
  • Experience completing high priority initiatives as aligned to marketing automation/MarTech roadmaps.
