About the position

The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing audience updates within the Customer Data Platform (CDP). This role involves ensuring high-quality implementation and testing of marketing campaigns, supporting junior team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. The position requires a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and the ability to monitor campaign performance to drive engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Build, QC and execute audiences.
  • Manage day-to-day updates from scope through execution including documentation and project scope management.
  • Ensure high quality, on-time, and error-free implementation, testing, and QA of campaigns.
  • Create, review, and share standard quality control documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support junior team members by performing QA of their programs.
  • Identify issues with cross-functional and agency partners and work to resolve them.
  • Troubleshoot roadblocks and identify creative solutions for new initiatives.
  • Maintain segment taxonomy structure and inventory of all CDP audience activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to increase engagement.
  • Develop and maintain project documents, timelines, proofing checklists, and status reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8 years of progressively increasing responsibility in Adobe Experience Cloud products, including AEP, Adobe Analytics, AJO, and CJA.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to manage through a highly matrixed organization.
  • Business acumen, organizational assessment, creativity, interpersonal skills, and quantitative analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills and comfort interacting with diverse groups.
  • Results-oriented, self-starter with a passion for user experience and technology.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
