About the position

The Marketing Automation Specialist will be a key member of the Revenue Marketing team, responsible for driving demand generation campaigns and generating leads through effective use of HubSpot. This role involves collaborating on strategic initiatives, managing marketing automation operations, and optimizing workflows to enhance marketing efforts globally.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing automation campaigns using HubSpot.
  • Lead projects autonomously, managing incoming tasks from the global team.
  • Create and optimize automated workflows for global events and tailored nurture journeys.
  • Champion the creation and management of email templates for various campaigns.
  • Analyze the database to understand the audience and build targeted segments.
  • Implement governance and processes within HubSpot, adhering to best practices.
  • Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and analyze data for optimization.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on HubSpot, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Establish and roll out email best practices.
  • Maintain data hygiene for HubSpot.
  • Report on email campaign analytics and provide insights for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing automation, specifically with HubSpot.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices and segmentation strategies.

Nice-to-haves

  • HubSpot certification(s) preferred.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry or B2B marketing is a plus.
