About the position

The Marketing Automation Specialist at Coffee + DUNN plays a crucial role in executing impactful marketing programs across various digital channels for clients. This position focuses on leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated technologies to address complex marketing challenges faced by medium to large enterprises. The specialist will collaborate with multiple teams to enhance marketing strategies and ensure measurable growth across channels such as web, email, SMS, and social media.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys subject matter expert for client campaigns
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Lead to set-up and execute the client’s overall marketing strategy
  • Execute omnichannel marketing campaigns with various objectives such as demand generation and community engagement
  • Templatize campaign assets including emails, forms, pages, and automated journeys
  • Build forms aimed at optimizing conversion rates
  • Identify and implement audience acquisition, curation, and segmentation techniques
  • Implement a test and learn approach to campaign design to maximize results
  • Report on and track digital analytics that measure the alignment and performance of marketing and sales for a client

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience in a marketing services provider or internal marketing organization
  • Working knowledge of modern marketing strategies and practices
  • Demonstrative understanding of omnichannel campaigns such as email, web, digital, SMS, and social
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Ability to manage disparate requests from clients on various timelines
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to formalize a cohesive marketing strategy
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and time-management skills

Nice-to-haves

  • College degree in Marketing, Business, or Information Systems
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, or Hubspot
  • Desire to learn new technologies and stay updated with marketing automation trends
