About the position

Join Woodhouse Auto Family as a Brand Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing initiatives and enhancing our brand presence. This full-time position is based at our Administrative Building in Omaha, NE, and requires a commitment to delivering exceptional service and top-quality vehicles to our valued customers. As a Brand Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing brand marketing materials, assisting with various projects, and ensuring that all project tasks are completed consistently and effectively. You will provide project management and administrative support across multiple marketing channels, contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts. In this role, you will support significant marketing projects, including promotions, product launches, events, and new market launches. You will apply your knowledge of communication and marketing principles to deliver high-quality brand marketing collateral while maintaining an organized archive of brand marketing materials. Your coordination skills will be essential as you work with cross-functional partners to ensure that all deliverables and deadlines are met. You will also coordinate the development, design, approval, and distribution of brand marketing materials, ensuring that the company’s brand identity is upheld across all developed materials. As the brand liaison for product marketing, you will collaborate with international and creative teams to ensure that design, copy, image, and content for product marketing materials and sales tools are aligned with our brand standards. This includes packaging, product information sheets, web descriptions, product images, product videos, product catalogs, blitz cards, and pricing lists. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be crucial in maintaining brand and trademark standards across all projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support significant marketing projects, including promotions, product launches, events, and new market launches.
  • Apply communication and marketing principles to deliver quality brand marketing collateral and maintain brand marketing collateral archive records.
  • Coordinate brand management tasks with cross-functional partners to ensure deliverables and deadlines are on schedule.
  • Coordinate the development, design, approval, and distribution of brand marketing materials.
  • Uphold brand and trademark standards and consistency in all projects.
  • Serve as brand liaison for product marketing, international and creative teams regarding design, copy, image, and content for product marketing brand materials.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in Marketing.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in automotive marketing or related fields.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong project management skills.
