About the position

As the Omnichannel Marketing & Brand Designer at MLILY USA, you will enhance the aesthetic branding and content elements of our business, focusing on refining e-commerce listings and creating engaging content for our target consumers. This role involves collaboration with the international marketing team to ensure brand consistency while providing localized insights to enhance our digital presence.

Responsibilities

  • Refine and adapt brand content for the EgoHome brand across various digital channels, including e-commerce platforms and company websites.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including international marketing, product development, and retail, to align with strategic objectives while respecting existing brand guidelines.
  • Support the implementation of marketing and brand-related projects, including website design, social media campaigns, and digital content initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to execution, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Foster a collaborative environment with both international and domestic creative teams, encouraging open communication and shared input on design direction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in e-commerce design and branding, integrating innovative ideas into the brand strategy.
  • Conduct regular analysis of brand performance and customer engagement metrics, offering actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate postings on B2C social media channels to increase overall brand presence and engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing or brand design experience in consumer products or related industries, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Adaptable copywriting and text editing skills that convey clarity and brand with a natural English tone.
  • Deep understanding of branding principles and strategies, with an ability to enhance and maintain brand consistency across digital touchpoints.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams while respecting existing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools and software preferred.
