This internship serves as a pipeline for the full-time Associate Marketing Manager Rotational Program in Dairy Foods.

Responsibilities

• Join a team tasked with solving important issues in agribusiness and food production.
• Participate in hands-on experience across Dairy Foods or Enterprise Marketing teams.
• Work on business-critical projects that test strategic thinking and data analysis skills.
• Conduct market opportunity assessments and glean consumer and customer insights.
• Develop marketing mix strategies, pricing, distribution, and promotions.
• Engage in competitive analysis and new product or packaging development.
• Support brand strategy and social strategy activation.

Requirements

• Current first-year MBA student with an expected graduation date of Spring or Summer 2026.
• Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities.

Nice-to-haves

• Strong interest in brand management, general management, and/or marketing.
• Some experience in consumer-packaged goods, food, or agricultural industries.
