About the position

As a Marketing & Brand Manager at Con-Air Industries, a Filtration Group Company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's voice, image, and overall strategy. This position is essential in driving the company's mission to provide quality air filters that enhance the safety and health of communities. You will be responsible for growing Con-Air's social media presence and implementing content acquisition strategies that resonate with our target audience. This junior to mid-level role will focus on building the "flywheel" of our brand across various digital platforms, managing influencer partnerships, and supporting our B2B marketing initiatives. Your efforts will ensure that brand guidelines are consistently followed, and you will work closely with revenue teams to maintain accountability and alignment with business objectives. In this role, you will be a cultural champion, demonstrating trust, a bias for action, and an entrepreneurial spirit. You will spearhead the development and execution of social media strategies aimed at enhancing Con-Air's online presence. Additionally, you will lead influencer partnerships that align with our overall B2B marketing strategy, ensuring that all content adheres to brand guidelines and best practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial to ensure brand consistency and the effective execution of marketing campaigns. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, social media strategy, and influencer marketing.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record of building social media presence and managing influencer partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
