About the position

The Marketing Brand Manager at Zar Law Firm is responsible for enhancing the firm's online presence through effective social media management, content creation, and outreach initiatives. This role focuses on building relationships with healthcare professionals and executing marketing campaigns to promote pharmacogenomics consulting services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence.
• Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Create compelling and informative content, including graphics, videos, articles, and posts, to promote our pharmacogenomics consulting services.
• Reach out to doctor's offices, Directors of Nursing, and other healthcare professionals to introduce our services.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services, including email marketing and social media ads.
• Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our services to potential clients and partners.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement outreach strategies.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of social media and outreach efforts, providing regular reports to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and outreach, particularly in the healthcare or related industries.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
• Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Proficiency with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and office software, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
