About the position

The Marketing Brand Manager at Erlanger Health System is a pivotal role responsible for providing strategic recommendations to develop, establish, and maintain marketing strategies for assigned Centers of Excellence and/or hospitals within the Erlanger network. This position is integral to the day-to-day management of marketing strategies and plans, ensuring that all marketing activities align with the strategic goals of the organization. The Marketing Brand Manager will formulate, direct, manage, and coordinate various projects and marketing activities, taking an active role in all disciplines including marketing, creative, media, research, production, and budget management from planning to completion. As the primary contact between the assigned marketing client and the rest of the marketing team, the Marketing Brand Manager will effectively execute strategies, solve problems, and develop strong business relationships. This role requires a consistent evaluation of the effectiveness and financial aspects of marketing efforts, focusing on measurable return on investment (ROI) and sharing findings with the team to inform future strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity and analytical skills, enabling them to navigate the complexities of healthcare marketing while driving impactful results for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic recommendations for marketing strategies for assigned Centers of Excellence and/or hospitals.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing strategies and plans.

  • Serve as the daily contact between assigned marketing clients and the marketing team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in marketing or a communication-related field or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 5-10 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Relevant healthcare knowledge.
