About the position

The Marketing Brand Manager will play a crucial role in executing brand plans for the Store Brands portfolio. This hybrid position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement key marketing initiatives, manage projects, and ensure brand consistency across various channels. The role supports the Brand Activation Manager in planning and monitoring marketing strategies and campaigns, contributing to the overall success of the business unit.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of Brand plans for the Store Brands portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of key marketing initiatives.
  • Assist the Brand Activation Manager in planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Work on various projects simultaneously while collaborating with teams, merchants, vendors, and external agencies.
  • Implement marketing plans and evaluate all tactics for effectiveness with internal teams and agencies.
  • Develop and review content for key launches across multiple channels, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Align promotional strategy and frequency with the overall brand position and activation plan.
  • Lead and manage off-shelf projects, ensuring high-quality execution within agreed timelines.
  • Support financial tasks, budget forecasting, and requisitions for the Brand Activation Manager.
  • Manage photoshoots for priority items, coordinating logistics and collaborating with photographers.
  • Handle product sample requests from business partners, ensuring timely ordering and delivery.
  • Gain a foundational understanding of the Store Brands Initiative and its strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with the beauty consultant team for inclusion in Beauty Box events.
  • Monitor engagement in affiliate partnership channels and flag issues as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in brand management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze marketing effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with budget management and financial forecasting.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Familiarity with product photography and visual merchandising.
