About the position

The Marketing Brand Manager at Big Voodoo Interactive is responsible for leading the marketing team and guiding the strategy for customer accounts within the legal industry. This role involves creating and executing brand plans, media and content calendars, and promotional programs to support company goals. The ideal candidate will have substantial brand management experience, a customer-first focus, and strong organizational skills, while also being a team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing team members.
  • Guide the strategy for all customer accounts and create ongoing and annual brand plans, media and content calendars, and promotional programs.
  • Serve as the brand ambassador, ensuring all stakeholders understand and embrace the brand's values and messaging.
  • Execute brand plans through collaboration with team members and agency partners for marketing communications, advertising, social media, content creation, PR, and promotions.
  • Measure and track the success of marketing and advertising strategies using data and insights to optimize creative and adjust tactics.
  • Conduct market research for branding strategy implementation.
  • Ensure consistent branding across advertising and campaigns.
  • Present annual marketing budgets, sales forecasts, and promotional budgets.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and digital teams to create impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and client acquisition efforts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business; Marketing degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in brand management.
  • Experience managing a brand portfolio.
  • Analytical skills to turn information into actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Project leadership skills and ability to prioritize high impact initiatives.
  • Highly developed problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to hold yourself and others accountable for deadlines and deliverables.
  • Must be a team player and enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of PC; Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Basecamp, Slack, Hubspot preferred.
