About the position

Silkorlace.com is an online retail marketplace for luxury wigs and hair pieces. The Marketing Brand Manager will lead the management of the in-house line of wigs and hair toppers, while also creating online content across various social media channels. This role is essential for maintaining the brand's presence and driving growth in alignment with the company's goals.

Responsibilities

• Managing and keeping track of inventory of wigs
• Coordinating photoshoots and listing hair pieces
• Strategizing, developing, and implementing initiatives to grow and maintain brand's products that align with company's goals
• Planning, creating, and managing social media postings across Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and Pinterest

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles

Nice-to-haves

• Proficient in using and managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Pinterest)
• Creative and willing to create video content; must be comfortable being on camera
• Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize work, highly detail oriented
