Responsibilities

• Drive growth through innovative sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Produce high-quality, engaging videos and posts for TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
• Represent the company in meetings, events, and virtual engagements to build relationships with customers and clients.
• Acquire new accounts and partnerships, earning commissions on new business secured.
• Stay updated on beauty and skincare trends to position the company as a market leader.
• Travel to represent the company at trade shows, influencer events, and promotional trips across the USA and globally.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or brand management (beauty industry preferred).
• Proven experience with digital marketing and content creation, particularly on TikTok and Instagram.
• Comfortable on camera, with excellent speaking and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of beauty trends and skincare solutions.
• Passion for beauty, fashion, and travel.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks.
