Marketing - Branding Assistant

About the position

We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing - Branding Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for an individual with a keen interest in branding, marketing strategy, and project management. The Marketing - Branding Assistant will work closely with our senior team members to develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns and branding initiatives for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing and branding strategies.
• Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new branding opportunities.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners for marketing campaigns.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing and branding initiatives.
• Help maintain and update marketing databases and client records.
• Support the team in organizing and executing events or promotional activities.
• Provide administrative support to senior marketing and branding professionals.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A passion for branding, marketing, and creative design.
