About the position

The Marketing & Branding Manager at Abode Luxury Rentals is a visionary role responsible for defining and upholding the company's brand identity while ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the company's goals and values. This position requires creativity, strategic insight, and leadership to inspire the marketing team and engage the audience through compelling storytelling and experiences that elevate the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the marketing budget, strategy, and branding guidelines.
  • Maintain a comprehensive brand kit, including designs, verbiage, and visual elements.
  • Ensure cohesive luxury branding in all messaging, imagery, communications, and marketing collateral.
  • Act as the primary liaison to advertising partners and coordinate ad spend, creative assets, and SEO/AdWords strategies.
  • Provide content guidance for social media, email, blog, and owner newsletters; contribute to content creation as needed.
  • Collaborate with analytics and content teams to develop engaging marketing campaigns and innovative ideas.
  • Research and execute PR opportunities, partnerships, and media placements to enhance brand visibility locally and nationally.
  • Oversee the marketing/listing timeline for new properties, ensuring descriptions, photography, and listings are completed and published to the website and third-party platforms.
  • Produce major print ads, brochures, branded materials, and guest/owner communications.
  • Coordinate lifestyle photography, videography, and influencer campaigns to enrich marketing content.
  • Drive efforts for homeowner prospecting campaigns, lead nurturing, and cross-market expansion.
  • Direct cleanup and updates of documents, enhancing email communications and guest/owner lifecycle messaging.
  • Supervise professional creators, setting quarterly goals and ensuring successful execution.
  • Manage content updates and technical support for company websites.
  • Approve, guide and foster collaboration across departments to maintain cohesive branding.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends and provide insights for strategy refinement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a creative marketing or branding role, ideally in luxury or hospitality industries.
  • Strong ability to translate brand identity into cohesive campaigns and initiatives.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage teams and projects.
  • Expertise in creative storytelling, copywriting, and visual design.
  • Passionate about crafting aspirational experiences through branding and marketing.
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns and external partnerships.
  • A visionary leader who inspires creativity and maintains impeccable standards.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in hospitality or property management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, HTML, Vacation Rental industry, and property management software is a plus.
  • Experience in visual content creation, photography and videography.
  • Knowledge of local areas and the ability to create community-focused content.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with property owners and craft marketing content that enhances the guest experience.
