About the position

The Marketing/Business Development Intern at Bozzuto Construction Company (BCC) will support and lead efforts related to proposals, collaborating with the business development team to create winning strategies and tailored proposal components. This role is designed for individuals currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or graduate program, providing a meaningful work experience in a dynamic, employee-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead efforts related to proposals for Bozzuto Construction Company.
• Collaborate with the business development team to create winning strategies.
• Research prospective client companies and industry trends.
• Write tailored proposal components and assist in interview preparation.
• Manage a proposal calendar to track and meet all proposal-related deadlines.
• Create and edit proposal content, ensuring a consistent tone and message.
• Customize client pitch presentations to align with Business Development goals.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or graduate program.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in the Multifamily, construction, and/or real estate industry.
• Ability to perform quickly, accurately, and effectively with close attention to detail.
