About the position

The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the competitive position of Cornerstone Credit Union by developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with the organization's mission and strategic plan. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including the VP of Operations and branch managers, to drive business development and achieve revenue targets, particularly in Spanish-speaking markets. The Marketing Manager will also oversee social media management and coordinate marketing activities to support both short-term and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop the marketing and sales planning, including analysis of competitive products/services and promotions.
• Manage social media channels and monitor conversations on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media content aligns with marketing and branding strategies.
• Coordinate special events and monitor planning, schedules, and implementation for proper execution.
• Coordinate the annual meeting, including production of reports and meeting logistics.
• Develop, propose, and implement strategic plans to meet marketing objectives, analyzing effectiveness of each marketing event.
• Work with sponsor groups to promote the Credit Union and maintain positive relationships.
• Conduct market research and recommend product/service modifications to attract targeted SEGs.
• Manage member complaint/grievance response activity.

Requirements

• Five to ten years of similar or related experience.
• Experience with social media and digital marketing.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking to develop engaging content that resonates with members and potential members.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal certifications recognized in the industry.

Nice-to-haves
