About The Position
The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the competitive position of Cornerstone Credit Union by developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with the organization's mission and strategic plan. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including the VP of Operations and branch managers, to drive business development and achieve revenue targets, particularly in Spanish-speaking markets. The Marketing Manager will also oversee social media management and coordinate marketing activities to support both short-term and long-term growth.
