The School of Nursing (SON) Marketing Business Operations Coordinator position is a full-time role that oversees daily business activities and communications for the SON Marketing Department. This position is responsible for the operations and maintenance of an Agency/Type marketing model, ensuring the tracking of ROI of marketing operations. The coordinator will collaborate with graphic design and recruitment personnel to enhance marketing efforts. This entry-level professional position requires limited prior experience and focuses on self-development while contributing to the team's objectives. The incumbent will learn to use professional concepts to resolve problems of limited scope and complexity under close supervision. In the realm of business operations, the coordinator will assist SON leadership in promoting and developing business operations and adhering to budgets related to marketing and recruitment programs. This includes nurturing internal relationships to facilitate successful marketing campaigns and developing agency model standards with university partners. The coordinator will contribute to various marketing materials, including print, digital, and video formats, and assist in developing strategic marketing plans for current and future academic programs based on the school's mission and vision. The marketing and communication aspect of the role involves partnering with the marketing team to develop a strong brand identity for the SON that aligns with university guidelines. The coordinator will manage marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance the SON's reputation among internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the coordinator will oversee the SON website's content and design, ensuring it supports marketing and recruitment goals.
