About the position

The Marketing Campaign Data Analyst at the American Medical Association (AMA) is a hybrid role focused on analyzing marketing campaigns to enhance membership performance. Responsibilities

  • Analyze membership marketing campaigns to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Outline and define analytic approaches for marketing needs, including pre-and post-campaign analysis.
  • Provide actionable interpretations of analysis and present findings to management.
  • Predict future membership trends based on historical data and current performance.
  • Compare current performance with the prior year to identify pacing trends.
  • Work across multiple systems to access and manipulate large quantities of data for analysis.
  • Compile monthly reports detailing membership performance metrics.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaign effectiveness.
  • Create clear summaries of monthly reports for senior management.
  • Develop and present data visualizations and dashboards.

Requirements

  • Experience in data analysis and campaign evaluation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with membership marketing or similar fields.
  • Ability to communicate findings effectively to various stakeholders.
