About the position

The Marketing Campaign Lead for HVACR Americas at Copeland is responsible for designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. This role involves overseeing campaign development, managing internal and external teams, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results. The position offers flexibility with remote work options and is integral to driving marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment and execution of marketing programs across various sectors including commercial, residential, refrigeration, industrial, and aftermarket.
  • Design, build, and deploy data-driven integrated campaign strategies and plans that engage, inform, and compel prospects and customers to act.
  • Oversee campaign development and execution, ensuring delivery is on time and within budget.
  • Brief, oversee, and assign work to internal teams and agency partners for campaign tactical elements.
  • Seek new and improved offline and digital tools to support organizational business objectives.
  • Lead and report campaign performance, analytics, and results to stakeholders, making optimization recommendations and demonstrating ROI.
  • Contribute to the global campaign calendar and the adoption of marketing and communications operating systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in Marketing, Communications, or Marketing Campaign Execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketing Cloud, Eloqua).
  • Meticulous project management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple parties.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in campaign performance measurement practices, tactics, and tools.
  • Demonstrated project management experience or certification(s).
