About the position

The SMB Regional Marketing Team at TikTok is focused on driving adoption and revenue growth for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) through innovative marketing strategies and education. This role involves collaborating with various teams to optimize performance-driven messaging and customer journeys, ensuring that TikTok remains a relevant growth platform for SMBs. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking and execution, with a strong emphasis on creativity and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption and revenue growth for SMBs through innovative strategies and campaigns.
  • Align with Sales, Growth, and Product teams to define opportunity size and prioritize support for owned products.
  • Build joint strategies to create and manage engaging marketing initiatives such as campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product value propositions and craft integrated marketing plans.
  • Oversee high-quality content and campaign creation across various formats, managing internal and external vendors.
  • Monitor and analyze performance across channels to identify trends and optimize strategies.
  • Develop and maintain proactive launch calendars to deliver KPIs on time and on budget.
  • Share best practices and collaborate with regional counterparts for full-funnel success.
  • Identify and package successful regional platform content strategies for global scaling.
  • Advocate for customer focus based on data and research.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a strategy or marketing strategy role.
  • Experience designing and executing content strategies and analyzing performance.
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and independently lead ideation and execution.
  • Experience leading and collaborating across broader teams to define product value propositions.
