About the position

The Marketing Campaign Manager at Inovalon is responsible for the strategic development and execution of marketing programs and campaigns across various business units. This role involves close collaboration with product marketing and other stakeholders to leverage digital and traditional marketing methods, ensuring campaigns meet corporate objectives and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with business unit leadership and product marketing.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Plan and coordinate multiple campaign elements to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets to achieve desired results within allocated resources.
  • Organize and manage complex projects and multiple tasks while collaborating across various teams.
  • Develop innovative ideas to attract and retain customers through creative marketing strategies.
  • Monitor campaign progress and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
  • Analyze campaign data to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compile and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Understand and report on campaign KPIs and performance metrics to measure business unit goals.
  • Adapt strategies to changing market conditions and stay updated on marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years of experience in building and administering marketing campaigns or programs.
  • Intermediate to expert level knowledge of marketing tools such as Marketo, LinkedIn advertising, Google Ads, DemandBase, and TechTarget.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and initiative with effective time and self-management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SEO and PPC marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with healthcare marketing or data-driven marketing solutions.
