About the position

The Marketing & Campaign Manager will lead influencer marketing programs and coordinate paid and earned media initiatives for the Residential HVAC Business Unit at Trane Technologies. This role is crucial for enhancing brand visibility and driving engagement through effective storytelling and collaboration with various stakeholders, including agencies and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Directly oversee influencer marketing programs, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with PR strategies.
  • Track and analyze PR-related analytics and develop comprehensive post-campaign reports showcasing the tangible success of partnerships, influencer collaborations, campaigns, events, and other PR activities.
  • Collaborate with internal PR representatives and external agency partners to ensure cohesive and effective communication efforts across the company.
  • Support overarching PR strategies that integrate paid and earned media to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Create, edit, and support content for paid opportunities such as bylined articles, speaking opportunities, etc.
  • Work with the Marketing Strategy Campaign Manager, RHVAC and COE partners on campaign management.
  • Support the business as needed on special projects, initiatives, programs, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with agency partners to articulate business goals throughout the PR programs.
  • Craft and convey compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and articulate the goals of the Residential HVAC brands for B2C audiences.
  • Manage influencer relationships to amplify brand presence and engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Continuously seek improvement in existing processes and procedures within the public relations function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in communications, public relations or marketing, preferably within the HVAC or related industry.
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to collaborate across a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented and self-driven, with strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, and project management skills with ability to supervise multiple projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience collaborating with PR agencies is preferred but not required.
