About the position

As a Marketing Campaign Operations Manager at Flock Safety, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our marketing campaigns. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing Operations, your primary responsibilities will include defining and upholding campaign operations processes, strategy, and execution. You will manage program templates and token strategy, and fulfill campaign activation requests from internal customers, which can range from simple email sends to managing complex programs such as always-on webinars. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Marketing team to test and track program effectiveness, ensuring our campaigns achieve the desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo, demonstrating proficiency in managing and optimizing complex campaigns.
  • Familiarity with a variety of MarTech tools, including Drift, On24, Wistia, iCapture, Splash, and Unbounce.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of campaign operations are executed with precision.
  • Strong project planning and management skills, capable of handling multiple complex campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, fostering strong partnerships with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to track, test, and optimize program performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Growth mindset rooted in curiosity about program performance and optimization.
  • Ability to adapt and respond to challenges swiftly.
