About the position

JumpCrew is seeking a results-driven Marketing Channel Implementation Manager to lead the execution of marketing strategies specifically for the Enterprise and Midmarket sales channels. This role is pivotal in driving lead generation and supporting sales efforts tailored to these segments, requiring expertise in the enterprise and midmarket landscape and experience in implementing impactful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for the Enterprise and Midmarket segments.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitive insights.
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, content) for enterprise and midmarket customers.
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns to meet performance goals.
  • Partner closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, providing tools such as presentations, case studies, and product information to support sales activities.
  • Implement lead-generation strategies to attract and convert enterprise and midmarket prospects.
  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to track leads and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials (e.g., whitepapers, webinars, blog posts) that educate and engage enterprise and midmarket customers.
  • Plan and execute events, trade shows, and webinars targeting enterprise and midmarket audiences.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Keep senior management and stakeholders updated on marketing initiatives, results, and insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B settings targeting enterprise and midmarket customers.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM and marketing automation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proven success in implementing impactful marketing campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
