About the position

The Marketing Communication Specialist at Bosch Building Technologies is responsible for translating complex technical topics into clear and engaging marketing messages. This hybrid role involves developing and executing field marketing strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams, managing content creation, and driving lead generation through various marketing channels. The specialist will also analyze marketing program performance and manage budgets to ensure a strong return on investment.

Responsibilities

  • Translate technically complex topics into easy-to-understand marketing messages and creative designs.
  • Develop and execute field marketing strategies in collaboration with sales and key accounts.
  • Create and manage content primarily using global content as a basis.
  • Drive new product and vertical solution content into various sales channels.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to organize joint marketing activities.
  • Align marketing events with demand generation programs to generate marketing-qualified leads.
  • Manage lead generation for partner events and regional roadshows.
  • Analyze results and identify opportunities for performance improvement in channel marketing programs.
  • Support budget management for channel marketing initiatives to ensure ROI.
  • Manage marketing collateral inventory and distribution as part of the regional marketing strategy.
  • Support the management and production of webinars, ensuring timely delivery of content and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate weekly marketing Newsflash and distribute and log it.
  • Review marketing tools and ensure ADA compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing communication experience or in a creative expert role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing field marketing strategies in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment at Fairport, NY or Lancaster, PA.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience marketing security or complex commercial electronic products.
  • Previous project management experience in the technology industry.
