About the position

The Marketing Communications Coordinator at Twining is responsible for supporting the company's digital marketing efforts and enhancing its brand presence in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. This role involves a variety of tasks including social media management, videography, website maintenance, and event coordination, providing an opportunity for growth within a leading engineering and consulting firm in California.

Responsibilities

• Support the Company's digital marketing efforts including social media planning and execution.
• Manage videography and website maintenance and enhancements.
• Assist with email campaign support and CRM data maintenance.
• Provide reporting as needed for marketing activities.
• Lead marketing events and public relations coordination, including tradeshow and conference coordination, client appreciation events, and charity golf tournaments.
• Support webinars, lunch and learns, and lab tours.
• Create print collateral such as brochures, invitations, and leave-behinds.
• Edit presentations and maintain the Company's internal SharePoint marketing section.
• Conduct market research on clients, competitors, and market sectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing or comparable experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to take projects from concept to completion.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in videography and graphic design.
