The Marketing & Communications Coordinator at Providence Academy plays a pivotal role in promoting the Academy's mission through strategic external marketing and effective internal communication. This full-time, 12-month position is designed to enhance community awareness and engagement with the Academy's objectives. The Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include graphic design, copywriting, and editorial support for both print and digital publications, ensuring that the Academy's messaging is clear and impactful. In this role, the Coordinator will design, coordinate, and manage social media campaigns and electronic communications, acting as a vital link between the school and the media. Regular website maintenance and SEO analytics will also be part of the responsibilities, ensuring that the Academy's online presence is optimized and up-to-date. The Coordinator will support various departments, including athletics, admissions, and development, by creating and distributing marketing materials and fulfilling photography and videography needs. Participation in Academy events is essential, as the Coordinator will serve as the primary photographer and videographer, capturing day-to-day activities and special events. Collaboration with staff, directors, and external consultants will be necessary to ensure that all content aligns with the Academy's brand and mission, particularly emphasizing its Catholic identity and college preparatory focus.
