About the position

The Marketing Communications Manager at My Fit Foods is responsible for creating and optimizing email and SMS marketing campaigns using Klaviyo to engage customers and drive online sales. The position is integral to shaping the marketing efforts of a fast-growing company focused on meal prep and nutrition education.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize segmented email, SMS, and push notification campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Align communication flows with broader marketing strategies, collaborating with social media efforts and agency promotions.
• Analyze campaign performance regularly and make real-time adjustments to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth integration of marketing initiatives and strategies.
• Manage the scheduling, execution, and monitoring of drip campaigns and customer journey flows.

Requirements

• Deep experience in email and SMS marketing with a proven track record of creating effective drip campaigns (1-2 years minimum required).
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including setting up and optimizing flows to increase customer lifetime value (1-2 years minimum preferred).
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics and ability to tie efforts to measurable business results.
• Excellent communication skills, balancing professionalism with human connection.
• Commitment to high standards of excellence in marketing outcomes.
