About the position

The Marketing Communications Manager at CTR Group is responsible for managing the Corporate Marketing Communications Department, creating and implementing effective marketing and communication programs that promote the company and its products. This role involves supporting product groups with marketing plans, new product introductions, and promotional programs, as well as overseeing the content of corporate internet and electronic promotions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer the Corporate Marketing Communications Department.
  • Create, implement, and oversee marketing and communication programs.
  • Support product groups with marketing plans and new product introductions.
  • Administer the structure and content of corporate internet and intranet promotions.
  • Develop and create editorial and graphic content for electronic media.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, electronic publishing, Advertising, and Promotional activities.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage projects with minimal direction on time and within budget.
  • Superior communications and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows Operating System, MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and design tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment (2 years preferred).
