About the position

The Marketing Communications Manager for Student Nutrition is responsible for enhancing communication strategies with internal stakeholders, including community members, parents, teachers, and students. This role emphasizes clear messaging and effective engagement to inform and connect with the audience, while also managing various communication materials and feedback mechanisms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication strategies that enhance engagement with internal stakeholders, including staff and administration.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and the community, ensuring transparent and consistent communication with parents, teachers, and students.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition to various stakeholders.
  • Oversee the collection and review of Monthly Joint Reviews (MJR) and Client Business Reviews (CBR) to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Create and manage communication materials, including newsletters, announcements, and social media content, to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Establish channels for feedback from stakeholders to continually improve communication strategies and address concerns effectively.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of communication efforts across the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and engagement.
  • Ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in developing communication strategies and managing stakeholder relationships.
