About the position

The Marketing Communications Manager will spearhead a comprehensive content strategy to drive candidate attraction, demand generation, thought leadership, and community building. This role involves crafting and managing a dynamic content calendar tailored for key audience sectors, overseeing both employee and user-generated content, and ensuring the implementation of effective SEO strategies. The manager will be responsible for managing the content strategy and execution of GHR's blog and all written articles, creating press releases, managing website copy, email marketing, and sales collateral. Additionally, the role includes managing the content calendar and co-managing the employee advocacy content bank, driving Employee-Generated Content (EGC) and User-Generated Content (UGC) strategies, and coordinating content features for employees and candidates. The Marketing Communications Manager will also manage SEO vendor relationships and strategies, track and analyze content performance metrics using tools like Oktopost, Google Analytics, and social listening tools, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization. Ghostwriting various communications and creating cornerstone content such as white papers, downloadable guides, and eBooks will be part of the responsibilities. The manager will become a source of knowledge for industry trends and engagement best practices for healthcare recruitment marketing across key sectors. Furthermore, the role includes building and maintaining primary and landing pages on the website, ensuring adherence to SEO best practices, and managing website forms and maintenance. The manager will design graphics for blogs, social media, emails, and branding materials, manage branding documents, oversee design approvals, and coordinate internal communication while supporting cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
  • Experience in staffing and recruitment is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in content creation or copywriting, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven success in demand generation, audience expansion, and candidate attraction.
  • A talent for creative problem-solving and innovative thinking.
