In this role, the Marketing Communications Manager will oversee content creation and management, ensuring that all marketing materials are clear, persuasive, and engaging. This includes writing for various channels such as websites, newsletters, brochures, press releases, and social media. The manager will also be responsible for proofreading and editing content to maintain accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is essential to gather information and create content that aligns with business goals. Strategic planning is another critical aspect of this position. The manager will develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies to promote the company's products, services, and initiatives. This involves analyzing market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions. The effectiveness of marketing campaigns will be measured and reported, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Digital marketing responsibilities include managing the company's social media presence, creating and scheduling content, and engaging with the audience. The manager will monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and drive engagement. Additionally, utilizing Salesforce to manage marketing campaigns, track leads, and analyze customer data is a key requirement. Public relations efforts will involve building and maintaining relationships with media contacts and executing PR strategies to enhance the company's reputation and visibility. The Marketing Communications Manager will work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, as well as coordinate and manage external vendors and agencies as needed.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Account Enablement platform.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Experience with graphic design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
