Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies to promote FranFund's services.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with market trends.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in communication efforts.
• Oversee budgeting for marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and optimize future efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive messaging across all platforms.
• Assist with planning, organizing, and coordinating logistics for in-person and virtual events.
• Lead advertising sales initiatives, including digital advertising campaigns across various channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing and Google advertising.
• Partner across internal teams to maintain content library for all marketing collateral.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing communications or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Canva.
• Experience with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
