Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position is integral to a diverse team of marketing professionals dedicated to executing a comprehensive marketing strategy. The Marketing Communications Manager will lead a team of two, fostering collaboration with peers and external marketing partners to create robust content strategies and marketing collateral that enhance the bank's brand presence and customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing work processes for team members, ensuring high-level customer service, and promoting teamwork across all areas of the bank. The Marketing Communications Manager will also maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner that supports the bank's character qualities. Essential functions of the role include effectively managing team members by applying INTRUST's supervisor and manager expectations, advancing the content strategy to align with business and marketing objectives, and contributing to the content creation process across various platforms. The candidate will stay informed about industry trends, monitor content performance, and lead marketing efforts in customer communication initiatives. Additionally, overseeing the creation of marketing collateral and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints are critical responsibilities. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of two marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business and marketing objectives.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing content including advertising, blogs, sales materials, and customer communications.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure effective and compliant marketing communications.
  • Analyze content performance and feedback to optimize communications and content strategy for maximum impact.
  • Oversee customer communication initiatives, ensuring a seamless customer experience through effective strategies.
  • Ensure the creation of marketing collateral aligns with business goals and enhances customer experience.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external communications and marketing materials.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal partners and marketing vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Advertising, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of seven years' experience in marketing communications.
  • At least five years' experience supervising multiple employees.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing content strategies in both B2C and B2B marketing.
  • Strong writing skills and experience in creating content across multiple media formats.
  • Familiarity with graphic design principles and project management software.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the banking industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and videography for content creation.
