About the position

We are looking for a Marketing/Communications Manager to join our team in Bridgeport, Connecticut. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, corporate website, and third-party advertising and public relations vendors. This position requires a strong background in luxury high-end products, as you will be tasked with enhancing brand awareness and customer engagement through various marketing channels. You will also supervise two direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance within the team. As the Marketing/Communications Manager, you will oversee and manage all social media channels, ensuring that they align with our brand and marketing objectives. You will maintain and update the corporate website, collaborating with third-party advertising and PR vendors to develop and execute effective campaigns. Your role will also involve leveraging your skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, Content Management Systems (CMS), CRM, and database management to create and manage marketing materials that promote our products and services. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and managing editorial content, designing and implementing advertising campaigns, and writing blog content to engage with our online community. Participation in budgeting processes and campaign planning will be essential to ensure effective resource allocation. You will monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing marketing or communications efforts in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Experience with CRM and database management.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce compelling editorial content.
  • Proven track record in creating and implementing successful advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in blogging and other forms of content creation.
  • Ability to develop strategies to increase brand awareness.
  • Familiarity with budget processes and ability to manage marketing budgets effectively.
