About the position

The Marketing Communications Manager at RxFunction, Inc. is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing communications that enhance the RxFunction brand and its products. This role involves collaborating with the Vice President of Marketing and various cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. The individual will lead the development of branding guidelines and work closely with external partners to implement effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Define and develop creative strategy and collateral design to support marketing plans for launches, campaigns, and programs.
  • Assist in creation and execution of tactical communication pieces such as sales flyers, brochures, and direct mail pieces.
  • Lead development of templates for key collateral/deliverables to ensure consistency in look and feel.
  • Provide annual audit of RxFunction and best practices to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage the development and updates to brand guidelines, style guides, and writing guides.
  • Identify, monitor, track, and report on marketing communication metrics across all channels.
  • Partner with preferred agencies and freelancers to complete work and manage deliverables.
  • Define and develop strategy to optimize content plan for digital and social media opportunities.
  • Partner with sales team to create and optimize deliverables for tradeshows and conferences.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and communicate project timelines and expectations.
  • Manage outside vendor relationships and billing.
  • Manage direction and development of Marketing Communication Coordinator.
  • Manage allocated budget and identify cost savings.
  • Maintain compliance with RxFunction Quality Policy/System and other quality processes.

Requirements

  • BA, BS (or equivalent) degree with 5 years of Marketing or Marketing communications experience.
  • Overall business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing communication channels, including digital and interactive strategies.
  • Strong influence, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign and Acrobat Pro; Microsoft Office Suite; and basic design programs.
  • Proficiency in marketing strategy and integrated planning.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
