The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing and communication strategies to promote our home health services organization. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can manage various marketing internal and external facing campaigns, create compelling content, and engage with both internal and external stakeholders to drive brand awareness for both recruitment and corporate marketing. As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will oversee content, user-interface, and look and feel for 21HHS.com. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to support recruitment and employment brand, create engaging and informative content for various channels, including social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and press releases. You will produce visually appealing marketing materials, monitor and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and other digital metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and programs. Additionally, you will implement strategies to increase online presence and recruitment engagement, coordinate and manage public relations events and activities, ensure consistent branding across all marketing and communications materials, and collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and objectives. You will also analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and prepare and present regular reports and data to management.
